Dr. Azbel is Board certified in diagnostic radiology with the Certificate of Added Qualifications in Vascular/Interventional Radiology.   He received his Medical Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and completed an internship in internal medicine at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York. 

 Dr. Azbel’s residency was served at Montefiore Medical Center / Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York.  He also completed a Fellowship in Vascular/Interventional Radiology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.

 His undergraduate degree is from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.  Prior to joining Medical Center Radiology Group, Dr. Azbel worked as a radiologist in Orlando, Florida.
