John B. Campbell, MD

Dr. Campbell is acknowledged as one of the country's experts on the radiology of skeletal dysplasias and syndromes. He is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology who is Board certified in both diagnostic radiology and in pediatrics. In addition, he has earned the Certificate of Added Qualifications in pediatric radiology. He was one of the inaugural examiners in pediatric radiology for the American Board of Radiology and continues as a Board examiner.

After completing a pediatric residency at Tripler Hospital, Honolulu, Dr. Campbell practiced pediatrics for three years before embarking on his career in pediatric radiology. He served his radiology residency at Letterman General Hospital in San Francisco and completed a pediatric radiology fellowship at The Children's Hospital in Denver. His internship was served at Womack Hospital, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He received both his Medical Degree and his undergraduate degree form the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Campbell is the only pediatric radiologist in the southeast who has been invited to be a member of the International Skeletal Society. He has lectured and taught worldwide, and he has written extensively for scientific publications. He is a member of numerous scientific societies and has been awarded many honors, including The Denver Children's Hospital Distinguished Service Award
