IN MEMORIAM

Dr. Eliscu joined Medical Center Radiology Group in 1971 which brought the group total to four physicians.  Today MCRG has grown to 31 physicians -  and Dr. Eliscu contributed to a large share of that growth.  As a diagnostic radiologist with a special interest in angiography and interventional radiology which involves the diagnosis, treatment and management of disease through the use of radiologic techniques, he saw great advancement in the technology of his subspecialty during his 29 years with MCRG.

Dr. Eliscu’s long standing interest in our health care delivery system led him to be one of the first Central Florida physicians to participate in the Greater Orlando Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Orlando program and to serve as an informal liaison to the Central Florida Healthcare Coalition.  He also served as president of the University of Central Florida College of Health and Public Affairs’ Health Advisory Council and is a founding director of Central Florida Medical Affiliates.

 As one of the founders of Medical Center Radiology Group, Dr. Eliscu is revered by our physicians and staff.  As a very active member of the medical community he is respected for his high standards and beloved for his humor.  He is greatly missed by us all.
