Dr. Foss is a Southernized Yankee, taking great pleasure in mustard greens, biscuits, and his twenty years of marriage to a Godly woman and true Southern Belle.

Dr. Foss received his medical education and residency training in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear medicine through the University of Miami where he served as Chief Resident.  Dr. Foss received his Pediatric Radiology training at Duke University.

Dr. Foss is Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Pediatric Radiology through the American Board of Radiology, and in Nuclear Medicine through the American Board of Nuclear Medicine.  Dr. Foss has held academic appointments at the University of Miami, and Duke University where he participated in numerous clinical research studies, published many articles and presented many academic lectures.

Dr. Foss is Chief of Radiology at Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital.
