Dr.
Harding is a second generation radiologist. His father, Paul
Harding, is one of the founding members of MCRG. Orlando has
been the Harding Family home since 1930. He graduated from
Boone High School and attended University of Florida for his
undergraduate degree. He received his Doctorate in Medicine
at UF in 1980. Dr. Harding completed his specialty training
in Diagnostic Radiology at Vanderbilt University, in
Nashville, TN. He was Chief Resident in Radiology in his
final year and the Chairman of the American Academy of
Academic Chief Residents in Radiology.
Dr.
Harding is the Chief of Oncology Imaging for ORHS and the
M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Orlando.
Dr. Harding
is the Past-Chairman of Corporate Radiology for MCRG and
Past-Chairman of Radiology for the Orlando Regional Medical
Center. He has served as the Chief of Radiology at Sand Lake
Hospital and St. Cloud Hospital, both divisions of the
Orlando Regional Healthcare System.
He is
Past-President of the Orange County Medical Society(OCMS).
He also served as the President of Orange County Special
Care, which provides specialty care for the county’s
indigent. He has been Secretary, Treasurer, and
Vice-President of the OCMS. He served on the Board of the
OCMS and on the Board of the Florida Radiological Society.
He has been a delegate to the Florida Medical Association.
He is Past President of the Central Florida Ultrasound
Society.
He was the
Medical Director of the Valencia Community College (VCC)
School of Radiological Technology for 16 years from
1986-2003 and served as an Advisor on the VCC Board of the
College of Health Related Professions.
Dr. Harding
has special interest in Trauma Imaging and is a member of
the American Society of Emergency Radiology. He also has
special interests in gastrointestinal imaging.
He is a
member of the American College of Radiology and Board
Certified by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Harding was honored as a Fellow of the American College of Radiology in 2007.
