Dr. Panzer is Board certified in both diagnostic radiologist and nuclear medicine, and he completed a fellowship in cross-sectional imaging/intervention at Mayo Clinic Jacksonville. He served a diagnostic radiology residency at UMDNJ - New Jersey Medical School and a nuclear medicine residency at the University of Miami - Jackson Memorial Medical Center.

He completed his internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami Beach, Florida and his Medical Degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Washington, D. C. His undergraduate degree was earned at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He has held staff appointments at both the University of Miami School of Medicine and Mayo Clinic Jacksonville.
