Dr. Paulk is Board certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. She received her Medical Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine and served an internship in internal medicine at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham. Her residency was served at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta.

Dr. Paulk completed a fellowship in nuclear medicine at Emory University in Atlanta immediately before joining Medical Center Radiology Group in 1998.
