The Hughes Center for Fetal Diagnostics is an outpatient facility located at 105 West Miller Street, Orlando, FL. The center uses an integrated one-stop approach to the evaluation, diagnosis and care of the pregnant woman and her fetus.
The Hughes Center offers a highly trained staff using the most advanced technology available to evaluate all pregnancies, whether routine, or high-risk. Each woman’s assessment is conducted by a team of highly trained professionals including radiologists, perinatologists, geneticists, genetic counselors, and ultrasonographers.
Your physician has referred you to the Hughes Center for evaluation. Most patients have an ultrasound examination (or sonogram), a procedure that uses high-frequency sound waves to obtain pictures from inside the body. These sound waves are harmless to you and your fetus at the levels used for an ultrasound examination.
Special Note: We are pleased to give you still pictures of your baby for your baby book, but we are not permitted to videotape.
